Hi! (: I've been astral projecting since i was very little, and I have more memories from the outworld than from this one itself
I forget things really easily over here but oh well
what I wanted to ask is
How do I manage to stay longer at the astral plane?, I mean, i've been doing it by just saying, oh tonight I'll project
and I do it, sometimes good sometimes bad, but it happens
the problem is that its about just 4 or 5 minutes over there, or even less, and sometimes its about 20 minutes up over here! (Which is alooot)
If anyone can help me on this, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks.
oh and by the way! lately i've been using this software that produces a really annoying sound
but it actually worked on my lucid dreams, but still i was wondering, is there a way to have more lucidity over the astral plane?
I'm alright with the"physical" since i can feel when i get hurt or fly or anything like that
but sometimes i can't even see what I'm doing! ( I know its the third eye training thing, but I don't know how to train it xD)
anyone can help?
thanks and sorry if my questions are stupid.
