You don't have to visualize ALL the imagery detailed in the above link, just imagine feeling the air, mist, heat, and earthiness from each of the elements when you vibrate the angelic names. Also, you don't have to name Sekmet.

I read that one should practice the LBRP for a couple of weeks before practicing Middle Pillar to gain the full benefits without any unwanted side effects.
