Need A Little Help Understanding What Exactly Happened, A little Astral Travel experience or the beginning. Options

Right after I finished reading the first book of "Abramelin the Mage" I felt a strong tiredness and went to sleep.
I did prayed to God and some guides and angels to help me cross the paths of light and to show me and teach me what I am supposed to know via OBE, beforehand.

I relaxed all my body and then after a while I felt that sudden change where I was in between fully awake or fully asleep and then I starter to feel strange sensations around my body. (not the first time... though).

Then all I remember was to be with someone who was holding a medium sized tablet or triangle tablet that looked like a green marble material with a line inside then that line started to move and finally made a spiral creating a wormhole, the person then told me to enter. As I entered I felt and saw myself stretching like a cartoon from the other side and headed out in some place where I felt safe after it.

Then I woke up feeling the same sensation around my body and a lot of heat in different areas of my body (specially my back and front).

I woke up all disoriented because all that occurred very quick and not like other times, when it happens naturally and out of nowhere and sometimes last longer.

What was confusing is that the last thing I remember was my body moving and having sensations (I know it's my spirit trying to get out) then all went like a dream but It wasn't a dream at the same time. It wasn't like others OBE experienced I had before.

About these OBE's, I still can't fully control but I've been out sometimes and it happens naturally when least expect it.
Oh and why is it that any physical sound can completely interrupt the journey?

The state you fell into was trance, it occurs when the mind is awake and the body is dormant, a magnetic feeling accompanied with booms and lightnings is to be expected, this is the state lucidity, divination, and out of body experience usually occurs. Your experience is actually very interesting to me, I think you should know, that there is a short tablet of fourteen lines, which was said to be found in the tomb of Hermes Trismegistus by Alexander the Great, who pryed from his stiff hands something called "The Emerald Tablet of Hermes Trismegistus", which indeed is where we originally got our often heard quote "as above, so below." It was said that this was engraved into a green stone, with a shape like that of a triangle, the point starting at the top and growing wider as it concludes. It describes the very anatomy of the Great Secret of the Universe, the Infallible One Thing, the Philosopher's Stone, Quintessence, Holy Spirit.

It reads --

"I. 'Tis true and remote from all cover of falsehood

II. That which is below is like that which is above, and that which is above is like that which is below, to perform the miracles of one only thing..

III. so all things sprung from this one, by conjunction

IV. The sun is its father, its mother the moon.

VIII. With great capacity it ascends from earth to heaven. Again it descends to earth, and takes back the power
of the above and the below.

IX. Thus you will receive the glory of the distinctiveness of the world. All obscurity will flee from you.

This dream of yours was a message, don't brush it off.

About your attempt at astral projection. You must always practice this in complete silence, sudden noises will startle you similar to waking up while falling in dreams. One piece of advice that may be of use to you is this, you must 'fashion' your astral body to percieve the Astral realm and when you can percieve it, the same may be done with the Astral plane outside of the Light Body, this lucidity is brought about by the reflective mist of the Ether, which is volatile, therefore the end that you percieve is subject to your rule.

When I say you have to fashion for yourself an Astral body, I mean you must command your mystical eye to open if herein you are blind, if you're deaf herein fashion ears to hear. Also movement is much different in that plane, it is thought generated. Therefore when you have fashioned your Astral body and can move freely here, without strain or trouble, you may, like a painter's canvas create a scenario, landscape, or idea to move about in. For instance, you wish to begin in a cave, there is a subtle bonfire behind you, you step out of the cave and look around, to observe the surroundings of the strange vivid world you've just stepped into, and there is no limit to what can happen here, it depends on your aural composition.

In that case I will share some of my experiences with all of you:

I've been having different experiences which I would really like if you could help me identify or seek beyond them since you just did helped me with that one experience you answered fully and complete.
I will tell you other similar experiences I've had during other trances or maybe a foot into the astral dimension.

1- The Presence of Heaven and God: starting by being dragged into a portal finding myself in awe and confusion because I thought I was able to control what I was doing but at the same time I felt in my bed immobile. Then to my right side there was a golden tower (concrete with tiles pattern) I was beside it in a ledge like road, noticing at my sight a very angelic tune that resonated in all my chakras and all outside it was strong and impossible to describe how it felt exactly. The place was blue and it looked like at the highest top of the sky where the clouds where way far below. My body when noticing i was able to see my hands were translucent and I was able to see dots emanating with light. Then after that I noticed like a sun to me northwest and flew to it automatically. The light didn't bothered my eyes at all and I was able to see more colors of light beyond it. After a short time following that sun colors of lights I felt pulled and went out of the portal and then found my self waking up with heat all around me and back very hot and heart beat pulsing fast and I woke up VERY excited.

2- The golden scripture on the wall: This one felt more like a dream and vision like state. I found myself inside a cave with low light coming from torches around, then I focus on a far wall and then I saw a golden light burning the wall like when one is soldering on to a surface, doing lettering inscription and at the same time hearing the voice of like a God or angel or guide force telling me and showing me something. When I woke up, I hardly remember anything it was written, but I was able to understand it back in the vision/dream.

3- Present or compassion from a monk: This one was resent, It felt like a dream but who knows... I found myself inside a tibetan like palace where people had to do a waiting line to speak with some monks. Finally it was my turn and I told them why I was there, then I remember doubting something and that was what bumped them down a little bit telling me to come again when I was ready. Then I excused myself and claimed I came all the way from Puerto Rico and been waiting all this time...etc. Then the oldest of the monk and what looked like the leader made a gesture to go to him and to sit next to him. Then I kept telling him stuff (i can't remember) and his presence felt like that of a father. He then gave me a flower (can't remember the color but probably either white or yellow...) then I asked him if he had any emails and he told me this... "360fallenmasters@gmail or yahoo.com". Yep I searched it... nothing. Also I don't get it why "fallen".

4- Initiation of a shaolin like monk: This one was short, it looked more like a vision/dream and I felt I was outside and inside the monk being initiated. I have seriously no idea how a monk is initiated but the dream/vision showed me; the adept being initiated is in lotus position on a large pedestal. The rest of the monks are standing in a line from shorter to taller in order. The tallest one felt like the more prepared and focus and leader and he sends a golden light out of his head into the other monks head making a chain and finally reaching the adept being initiated.

These are all my most shocking experiences I've had in my life and I have never understand their Deeper meaning. I hope you take your time and try to analyze what's going on here.

I'm going to run some errands for now, while I'm gone I'll think over your experiences, by tonight I'll help you interperet these. These are definately without a doubt a calling. The "fallen" part definately makes sense since all of us human beings have fallen from an original abode, for these bodies are the grossly vehicles we inhabit and our true reason is to discover, our higher intellectual and spiritual abilities come from the Etheric mirror of Thoth. There is a thing to say also, if these experiences were vivid, and of esoteric nature of this kind, there is no doubt that these were astral experiences. There's just one thing, in the modern day the terms are broken up without valid explanation for boundary, but as far as the popular theory goes, which I think is very insufficient in essence, and alot of study still needs to be done on the subject, the popular theory is that there are multiple types of projection. One is the Astral projection, another, Mental, and another, Ethereal, then there is what is known as lucid dreaming, then there is the more divine experience which has been recorded by Adepts since man has been able to write, the Kabbalists have record of such experience, as does Crowley, as does Saint John of Revelation, and Hermes in his Divine Pymander, but this even is more vague than that of the more common projections of the spirit body. One thing you must know, as to prevent mental disturbance is that every one of these experiences are internal, but the ideas influenced subtlely your collective conscious mind, but before I continue on this subject I want to say that I simply refer to all of these phenomenon as "disconnecting" although there are differences as to the qualities of the experiences, the best way it has been recorded is that there are 7 planes of projection, each having their Divine vicinities, I still have yet to explore alot of these void areas.

My advice for you, since I can't tell you exactly what your experiences meant in their occult meaning (hence the reason we study the occult, the very word refers to looking into hidden knowledge contained in mysteries) is that you should practice the experience of Astral projection, when it happens, you must be in control, and when you fashion this control, you can then bring yourself back into these situations, since they are eternal, and when you get there, you should explore, find any clues you may find as to the meaning, speak out loud as well, a narrating voice may answer you. These are Divine things that you caught glimpse of, and as long as you're aware of that, you should strive for it, and in striving for it, problems will arise, conquer these by subtlety of Light and Mind, and you will find your answer, because he who seeks is bound to find, and the truth is in unity, and unity is the nature of all things, so in all things seek the Quintessence of the essence God endowed these things with, so keep the body healthy, and the mind, and let subtlety, a fiery cleansing agent called Ether, dominating from an immoveable point whose shadow is the Pineal gland, endow the lower parts of your nature, and also, doing this, let your waking mind be merged with the trance-mind, and dark spots in the higher vision will disappear.

So, after a considerable amount of vigil, without falling totally to lower natures in the process, these things should become more familiar to you, don't wrack your mind, or become obsessed, or perform anything with violence, rationality is a key, you will only destroy youself if you force yourself against nature, and obsession will slowly and cleverly dissipate you with an invisible heaviness and coursing of the senses.
