One Liners, ALL MEMBERS - please take note Options

I have seen a number of 'one liners' being posted, normally saying "good post" or "nice idea".
Please do NOT post 'one liners'. If you wish to comment on a post then do so fully.

Any future 'one liners' that do no more than add to post count and add nothing substantive to the discussion will be DELETED.

There will be a "thank you" mod hack script will be installed soon on this board to accomodate "one liners" thank you for a good post.

I should have mentioned the following in my original post.

From time to time you may see members of the Mod Squad posting a short 'good posting' reply in a thread. This will be used to encourage new members and help along a discussion/debate. The function of the Mod Squad is not just to issue warnings but also to guide and help along the threads posted here. We are a bit like a football referee, we can issue Red Cards, but also award a 'Well Played' pat on the back.

I hope that clarifies my original post.

Members can also post "one liners" to compliment good posting, and this is why the "thank you" script I mentioned must be installed since some specific forums on "Specific Paths" and other forums geared toward information sharing and people come there to learn and share knowledge which "should" be beneficial by others.

One liners tend to make long winded unneccesary threads which generally turn off pople from reading more or even participating.

Forums like the Coffee Shop is the place to go for socializing, relaxing and generally non occult chit chats. One liners shall be much less moderated there.
