Ghosts/esp, some have it some don't? Options

Hey, where i live like 8 out of 10 people i know have had some sort of expierience where they see a shadowy black man, or hear their name in their ears or just any kind of supernatural expeirience at all. But alas, i still have my supernatural virginity, not that i would want to have the crap scared out of me or anything. anyway, basically the point i'm trying to get to hear is, I have a book, "GHOSTS" and in it it says that it's possible that 50% of people are capable of using ESP (extra sensory perception). i would like to know if this is true, and if it will have any affect or baring on my ability to preform magick.

I think anyone can learn ESP with a little work, and the same goes for magic, both can be learned and learned well with some effort and consistency. Read through the forum, learn as much as you can and where to start

Dreams are what I think is key to learning to open higher mental functions. I theorize that if we were able to have controled lucid dreams we could learn to use retro/pre-cognition, remote viewing and possibly other feats like self-healing. I think western society has screwed itself to a degree by reducing dreams to nothing but an affect induced by the sub-concious while it processes information. All through out history gurus, mystics and spiritualists have used mind altering techniques, including dreams, to reach altered states of concsiousness. I believe dreams are the body's natural technique for inducing a trance that can allow one to access ESP senses. I personally have had the luxary to experiment with some success I wish there was a science institute dedicated to the exploration of dreams and their practical applications.

In other words if you want to find real ESP, learn to dream. I believe that will give you the keys to tap into your ESP senses.
