The maori's and aborigines use it to induce intense dreams. Worth a try no doubt.

I have heard about this herb on a lucid dreaming forum and have heard about it being useful for inducing very vivid dreams and generally improving dream recall. Probably worth a try out for myself sometime. What are your own experiences with it?

Greetings,

Melatonin and Valerian are two herbs which also enhance dreaming.

Peace

Not sure about the other one, but melatonin does seem to bring about better sleep and quite vivid dreams for me (placebo?). I wouldn't call it a herb though.

Greetings Remared,

Its called the vampire drug because the brain secretes it at night. You are right its not really an herb. It’s a drug. It is used as a sleep aid. It makes me have really vivid dreams.

Valerian is another sleep aid that I use. It is an herb. It makes you fall asleep much faster. Its also an anti depressant.

Peace
