I'm going to the group that my mother's spiritual teacher set up for the kids of the attenders of the original group. And once, we did some meditation and she told us to call our guardian angels and to ask for their names. Next moment I was accompanied by five light entities with undefined shape. They were all a different color and their names were Nuniel (orange), Zain (blue), Goi (green), Ano(purple/pink) and Einel or Eniel, I'm not sure anymore (white).
Has anyone heard of them?

Zainon (Zain?) - an angel invoked in the conjuration of the reed.

That is the only one I could find, my source being the Dictionary Of Angels by Gustav Davidson.

Hm, it could be (IMG:style_emoticons/default/hmm.gif) I always have trouble with remembering information about anything that happens while i'm in there, so I could remembered only a half of the name.. Thank you for your search (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Here's what I've found.

Nearly all "angelic" names end in al or el, at least in hebrew.

Nuniel is one of the titles of god that translates to "He who lowers the proud ones"
it is associated with PS:119:vs.75

Zain and Goi could simply be the words "sword" and "gentile or nation" respectively

Ano or maybe Anu could be the 63 name of the Shem-ha-Mephorash or it could simply be the Hebrew word for "I"

Eniel is again a title and an angel that translates to "Infinitely good God" it is associated with Ps:80:vs.18

It could be that when you asked for it's name it was saying.
"I am he who lowers the proud nation with the sword, the infinitely good God"

I don't know just some guesses. Sometimes when asked for a name it will give a title or a cryptic statement. The names or words given could be a title or description of what or who he is rather than a name.

Wow, I didn't know there was so much complexity in it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
It came out really interesting... Though I'm not sure in what order the names were given to me, so it could also come out completely different, like "I am the nation with the sword who lowers the proud one, the infinitely good God".
I think I'll do some research on it. Thank you for your own search, it definitely helps as a place to start (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

You might try duplicating the conditions in which the words were initially received and see if you might encounter some further information. You could also see what interpretation the leader of the group or your mother has to say. I wouldn't mind hearing their interpretation. You could see if it is somewhat relevant to the posts in this forum or completely in another direction. Might be interesting.

That was awesome, chaoscrowley! I would love to know where I can find that information, I only have very few sources, the dictionary (of angels) being the best I have. I'm kind of at a loss as to where some good learning can be found.

Much thanks in advance.

There were a couple of sources for this information.
A good idea when getting started trying to figure out something that appears to be non-english is to try to make a reasonable guess which language or tradition it is based on. This can be tough when the words are heard or received since it can be difficult to determine how to spell it. {imagine trying to spell phone(fone) without ever spelling it}
In the case of the words originally posted I noticed that a number of them ended in al or el sounds and zain was a big tip-off.

Words that end in al or el or iel sounds are almost always names of angels.
Every angel ascribed to judaism or christianity almost always ends in these besides metatron.
So I guessed that the language was hebrew.

Time to Bust Out The Resources related to this.

Clear you desk here's the only things you need.

a. Godwin's Cabalistic Encyclopedia
Any question related to magick, qabalah, and hebrew can be found here
it is basically a hebrew dictionay, with gematria, descriptions, and other
relevant info.
THE PREMIER REFERENCE

b. A good hebrew dictionary is always helpful.

c. King James bible. (you could use another version but i would feel you're wasting your time.)

d. If you want to get in-depth snag a Hebrew Old Testament

e. Two shaved monkeys to take notes and aid in cross referencing.

From there go to town.
I know someone will probably say ----Why so much bible related reference???
No I'm not christian, jewish, or satanist---all these are simple labels.
The fact is ALL Western Magick is based on Christian or Jewish Holy books.
Ask the next Marilyn Manson fan you see the theory behind Shem-ha-Mephorash
he'll probably spout some LeVay nonesense. Explain it and he'll watch his world fall apart...(along with his bowels)

Caution caution! Rant beginning.
Okay---If there was one thing I would recommend Soror Kitty it would be Godwin's
Can be a little pricey($30)new but you could probably find a copy on amazon for 20 or so. Good luck and let me know if you have any other questions.

And pardon my uh..ignorance, but what does Soror mean?

*Found a copy of Godwin's in excellent condition for $6!! Gods I rule, lol.

Soror(sister) is just the female equivalent of Frater (brother)
Couldn't think of a way to address you as Mrs. Doll seemed awkward.
Good to see that you looked for Godwin's ---interestingly the picture you use for your signature is listed in it!

Ahh, it's very endearing actually. I can definately say I'm quite fond of that term! Thank you!

I found the picture on a Google search, and fell completely in love with it. It's one of the rare ones that really capture their grace and beauty. Having it be in that book, is a nice little coincedence.

Nuniel and Eniel sounded familiar so I did some searching. These are the closest things I got:

Neriel One of the 28 angels who govern one of the 28 mansions of the moon.
Nuriel Gives you control & power over others.
http://www.sarahsarchangels.com/angelofday/N.html
http://www.heart7.net/spirit/an.html (Nuriel in more detail)

Enediel One of the 28 angels governing the 28 mansions of the moon. Particularly a spirit of the second day of the moon in it's waning phase.
http://www.sarahsarchangels.com/angelofday/E.html

I found it a little odd that two of the closest closest names I could find were both one of the 28 angels who govern the 28 mansions of the moon... but I dunno.

IPB Image

The value of an individual is not numerically assignable. Given the individual's infinite capacity to affect change (for better or for worse), it follows that their value is just as infinite. Logically then, not only are all individuals of equal value, but all possible combinations and groupings of individuals are of equal value, and finally, no matter an individual's past actions, their capacity to affect positive change is not diminished.

The value of the individual is sacrosanct, but actions must be directed in an effort to affect positive change.

I think I'll go out and search for that Goldwin's too (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
Hm.. I tried once duplicating it... that's when I got their colors, but I didn't ask for any other information. Though, it was a long time ago, I shall try and do it again.
Good, I'll ask them.. I wonder what the leader of the group has to say.

Zahaqiel, it is a little odd... but I dunno too (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I'm just off to do some big research

oh my cousin in brazil told me to do that, she said hers was named Gabriel,
while when i did it I got two names, one was Solomon the other was Arnies/Arniess (pronounce more like Aarrrnniieeessss) in a sort of way, the firs tone i got i could understand as a common name and pronounciation, while the second one could common with Arnie but was spelled alittle different and pronouced very differently

for some reason i think of Solomon as my darker side/angel while Arnies/Arniess my lighter side/angel

also what's funny is always liked the name Solomon
