 Mysterious mist., I need answers.

Okay, I have an UFM (Unidentified Freaky Mist) on my hands. Lately I have been trying for an OBE and have done a lot of meditation. During these OBE attempts (while using the gazing technique on my cellphones charging light) when I hit a moderate trance state I see a vapor rise all around me, I can even break my gaze and see it. However, if I stand up the vapor is gone and I get frustrated and goto sleep (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) I have deducted myself (most likely each deduction is incorrect) that:
1) Im seeing into the Astral?
2) Air is my natural element? (I believe this strongly but doubt it has to do with the vapor)
3) Im predicting a fire!?! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/fie.gif) (hopefully not this one)

Note: Vapor is not as thick as smoke or as light as mist, It's more like a moderate fog

It could be a lot of things. The problem is that unless we're able to experience the mist for ourselves and use either machinery, or discernment, we can't really say for certain if what you're experiencing is objective or illusory.

I know that there are individuals out there who project out of body seeing themselves as white clouds. I myself prefer to travel out of body this way. If it really is something of a mist just stay calm and allow your senses to unfold and stretch out, you should be traveling in no time.

These sorts of exercises will naturally raise a LOT of energy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I have had this happen as well. Just relax and don't worry about it. If it bothers you to much slow down your practices a little until you are more comfortable with it. No hurry (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
