Astral projection?, An interesting experience... Options

Yesterday I was using my computer for an exteded amount of time
I had planed on doing a ritual of some sort to contact an entity or try to astral project. I was trying to think of ways to make my self lucid during dreams, like noticing unusual or uncommon mishaps. My plan never went through because I was playing an online game called World of Warcraft I had just gotten and I guess I really got into it.

I stayed on my computer for about 12 hours straight, with the odd meal break. Last night before I went to bed my legs were sore and same with my arms and I was thinking that it probably had to do with the fact that I am usually active all day long or at least on my feet.

Well, I woke up about 4 and a half hours after I went to bed... I didn't feel tired which is wierd because lately I will sleep for 7 - 9 hours ,wake up and want to go back to bed but I have to go to work... it could be subconcious but I wasn't physical very much the day before (on the computer all day), so that may be why.
And I notice that on days that I don't have to work I like to and easily get up early.

Anyways... I got up, walked around, streched and thought about eating somthing... then when back on my computer logged in to that addictive game. Played for mabey 45 min. and then my leg and arms were hurting again so I did some exercises. Then went and layed down on my bed... I left my player logged in and could hear some wired music playing from the game. I was laying on my back trying to scry...(I scry with my eyes closed) and I guess I ended up falling asleep.


I had a dream that I was in my old house that I havent lived in for almost 10 years... I saw my dad , he was infront of the TV watching a movie, I thnk it was called the Patriot... with mel gibson and some black dude.... My dad was saying somthing about the movie and I said "Oh ya, I remember I watched that movie with you before..." (But I have never seen the movie) and my dad couldn't remember the name of it... I said " Its called the president" (I think thats what I said) It seemed like he wanted to watch it with me, but I acted like I was too busy or somthing... I started cleaning up in the livng room, and then I think I started cooking food (pasta I think) on a cabinet, making a big mess. (NOte that I work at a Restuarant making pasta) My dad was in a good mood, so I figured he must have been drinking... I thought to my self "I only get along with him when he has had a few drinks..." this is somthing that is partially true. I looked around to see if he was drinking and saw a beer that seemed kind of out of sight... like he was trying to make it unnoticealbe. It was in frount of the couch. I have a feeling that this object came after I started looking for it. Anyways... come to think of it I may have told the dream not in the way that it actually happend because when I was talking to my dad about the movie I felt the presence of an entitie around/ or behind me and I thought that was what had woken me up... but mabey I felt the presence in my dream and then it left... Its really hard to tell... when I awoke I noticed somthing very strange about how the time line happened.... like if felt like I remembered it all backwards or I experienced it backwards and remembered it forwards.


After I awoke I was just laying in bed... And felt a wierd presence... and energy coming out of my teeth... and then a strange force either going into or out of my chest and it was forcefull, It made me gasp. I was half asleep while this was happening. I felt a scared feeling because It felt like my teeth were being pulled on... my teeth are not perfect and my front two need dental work, one is chiped and the other has been hit hard so there is a slight discoloration due to a blood vessel braking in it or something along the lines of that. At first the feeling was wierd , and I didn't like it because it didn't feel benificial and I am extreamly protective of them. I then noticed I could feel the very edges of my teeth but only the front top and bottom, I think my mouth was half open and I could feel the ones that were exposed. I could actually feel how one tooth is slightly over laping one on the bottom row... and my teeth felt like the way I imagine braces to feel like. I was not clenching them. I don't think so but I may have been in my sleep.... I am not sure but my teeth didn't feel the way they would if I had been.
Anyways... when my teeth felt wierd I was thinking about them straigtening up a bit. After this all happened I was laying down collecting my thoughts and I heard A tapping sound... like somthing was tapping my computer screen or thick glass. I looked over hesitantly and didn't see any thing. I thought that mabey some body was at my door or tapping on a window so I looked around but no one was there. And I would have heard them knocking if they had been. So I sat down in front of my computer tapped on the screen and it didn't really sound the same. But I just looked at dresser and there is a glass bowl and a glass cup right beside each other... that is probably what made the noise. But the noise made me think to copy down my experience. Also... It sounded like some one was walking in my house but when I checked no one was here.

But about the tapping... I have heard it before... is there an entity that is know for making his presence know by tapping? Mabey a goetic or nec. entity?

Does any one have a strage feeling in thier teeth when they project? Or a need to gasp for air when you return to your body? My body felt really tingely right after I gasped. Also... the last time I tryed to project I felt an entity around me... Is there a posibility that an entity is effecting my thoughts to help me try and astral project? Like... I don't think that If I haden't been on my computer for so long that would have happened... and after I bought the game I thought ... what a dumb Idea, how is this going to advance me spiritually... but in the game it gives you good ideas for visualization of circle creating and energy manipulation. Anyways... plese reply with you opinions.

Your experience sounds more like a lucid dream than an astral projection. The wierd feeling in your teeth could have been the "vibrations" that come before people leave their body though. I feel them through my whole body but I know some people can move them through specific body parts. As for an entity tampering with your projection attempts I have no idea.
