 Downloading, trying and getting sent to login again

Ok maybe I am doing something wrong or my system is going nuts but I would say about 4 times I have tried to DL a cople of articles and PDFs and I keep getting sent back to the login screen anyting I should know about, do I have to wait 24 hours or is it just me, since that is rather odd.
