Easier Methods for Evoking Options

hello all, i was wondering if i can ise a magickal system that worked in summoning other spirits, and use it to summon for e.g the spirits in Konstantinos book, or the ones from Practice of magickal evocation . thanx
p.s almost every where i go, the name Vassago keeps turning up, and how some people didnt even go thru full ritual to call Vassago, what are simpler ways to call such beings .?

The systems you use to summon various entities are built up as they are for a reason and that is to attract that particular kind of spirit. Whatever system you use has been tried and tested. That is not to say you cannot build your own or modify them once you no longer need the words and tools.

I have no idea what level you are at, but I would lay your foundations with the well tried and tested and in doing this, you will learn what things feel like, you will sense things and learn correspondences. Having written up your experiences in your journal, you will be able to compare notes.

Of course, you don't need to follow the rules at all, you could just do 'what works', but I think you will have many disappointments whilst you are finding out, having said this, they pretty much follow a pattern and as long as you can banish what you summon, then enjoy and learn.

Some magickians can just stare at a sigil and bring forth an entity, so I am not discounting easier methods at all.

Anyway, don't be discouraged, the longer methods are just while you learn, they are not forever (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

The "systems" are there for mainly two reasons. One is they build up momentum and allow us the energy to call forth these spirits. Two they allow protection for once the spirit arrives. Granted once you get along in your path you can do it almost effortlessly but it takes time. The systems are there for a reason mainly because they work. Use them first before you try and adapt your own.

hey there thanx for replying, i have a method but there are a few spirits i was given to work with , so i was going to try to see if i could evoke a completely different being using what i have here ,, thats all.
im thinking of an olympic spirit and a another one from one of the more known Grimoires, .

Sometimes spirits will give you easier methods to evoke them or maybe a word of power.Some spirits will reveal their true name to you.It also possibe to learn new methods of evocation through for example evoking Michael.

there are no easy methods-at least for the first evocations...
After you manage a difficult evocation you may ask the spirit to give you a word of power so you can call him instantly...
but first you have to do the difficult one...
