Hi Fallen Angel,

After viewing only two of his shows, I was able to understand many tricks (but to be honest, there are some that still discombobulate me). They are extremely difficult to perform, and many of the crew and surrounding people you see on TV are part of the "magic". Let's call it prestidigitation. Some are terribly simple and some others are hard to believe.

Criss Angel mixes real magick with fake magick. He's an adept Psion and adds a few tricks to make the magick seem extraordinary.

Levitation = Real (some of it)
Invisibility = Fake (but there is actual invisibility, just not as fake as what he does)
Telekinesis = Real
Pyrokinesis = Real
Electrokinesis = Real
Mind Reading = Real
Future Prediction = Real
Illusions = Part real, part fake
Shadow work = Real
Escaping death traps = Fake
Walk on Water = Fake
Walk on Wall = Part Real
Voodoo = Real

I've watched almost all of his shows, i've just found out about him lately and was thinking of making a post similar to this, but thanks to you now I can answer (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

In my honest opinion, I wouldn't consider a magician who only does magick for fame and money a "real magician". Im sure there are thousands of psions like him or better, but just don't care about the fame because their passion with magick overtakes them instead.
