 Downloading a Picture, Having difficulty applying a pic

I was wondering why it's giving me such a hard time downloading a picture from my computer. I was wanting to update the photo, since I don't have one in yet, and it keeps on saying that I have an error. Could you please help me? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/please.gif) I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
