I'd like to share this for other's reference later.
I created a servitor named Zentifal a couple of months ago. His purpose was to help me in weight loss and other areas of general good health. He was working fine in his secondary areas (such as pranayama yoga and other respiratory-related things) but in his primary purpose (to help me lose weight) he was a horrible failure. I began the Atkins diet, and he was to match my weight loss pound for pound. Well, he unfortunately didn't feel that the Atkins diet was good for me, but still was working on ways to get me to lose the weight I wanted. (Note: healthy weight loss is about 2 lbs per week maximum. I asked for 10 a week)
So, I stop losing weight. Strike one. Then, I have an accident at work that involved chemicals, my eye, a trip to the emergency room, and a thirty minute chlorine water flushing of my aformentioned eye. Strike 2. To top it all off, I get the flu. At this point I admit my failure, destroy him, and reabsorb him.
Then, I check my weight. I lost 9 lbs in 4 days of illness, and have had a steady loss of 2 lbs a day since his reabsorbtion. My health increased, my hunger is down, and I've decided to quit smoking. So what happened?
I think that Zentifal's "failure" as a servitor was more of a failure on my part. I didn't program him specifically enough, nor did I take into account that he may view my own strategies on weight loss as "unhealthy" and work to end those activities. (btw, if anyone is on Atkins and has the flu, Ny Quil is loaded with carbs and will kick you off your diet, as I found out) Once I reabsorbed him, all the effects I wanted from him started to happen. I figure that once he was consumed, my focused intent was no longer hindered by the faulty programming of the servitor. The result: I've lost close to 30 lbs in a month (250 now; was 278) and my body fat percentage dropped accordingly.

He had good reason though. No carbs = destroyed brain and liver function.

I'm somewhat aware of dietary balance, what with weighing a mere 50kg (110 lbs) and being 5'9" or so.

The value of an individual is not numerically assignable. Given the individual's infinite capacity to affect change (for better or for worse), it follows that their value is just as infinite. Logically then, not only are all individuals of equal value, but all possible combinations and groupings of individuals are of equal value, and finally, no matter an individual's past actions, their capacity to affect positive change is not diminished.

The value of the individual is sacrosanct, but actions must be directed in an effort to affect positive change.

I agree. I am rapidly approaching my desired weight and then I'll move on to a real diet of healthy foods. It makes sense why a health servitor would be desperately trying to get me off Atkins, even if it would slow my weight loss. If nothing else, this diet is teaching me discipline.
