hello,
i am night and i am practicing psionic abilities but seem to overuse my energy and heard that you can store energy in a bottle but i don't know how can anyone help me out?

Apparently amethyst can be good for it. A friend of mine uses blended amethyst/quartz crystals.

The basic technique is effectively the same as ki-balling, except that rather than just forming a ball, you put it into the crystal.

Probably it would be more efficient to learn how to re-energize by taking in energy from the environment.

thank you both for these suggestion they sound very good. i will try them and see, the crystal sound good and i have recently noticed when i'm outside and the sun is shining i feel much better but i don't like it because it realy herts my eyes, gotta get some sunglasses i geuss.

I think that you should use up all of your spair energy on feeding/empowering a device.
Have a special crystle that you spend time programming & feeding.

This is theoretically how/what aliens use. They use psychic programming/energy for their technology, thus all of their technology is relatively useless to/for humans, and human materialistic technology is useless to the aliens that I'm guessing at here.

actually i was i have been charging a quartz crystal with my energy when ever i have some so later i can use it. as far as alien tech i to beleive that they exist and have advanced tech and they just might use programmed crystals, with their minds they could do alot.
