I have some doubts about consacrating elemental tools and charging talismans according to Golden Dawn magic (striclty reagrdie method) ;

To consecrate tools what are the preliminary rituals: LBRP and MP or LBRP, BRH and MP

To charging talismans : LBRP and .......

Actually you would use the Z forumula. Regardie gives an example in his book the Golden Dawn. Although the cicero ritual tools book gives a better outline.

The Z forumla is used for all golden dawn rituals. Check Regardie's Golden Dawn book he covers it.

Look at the neophyte intiation ritual. Then read Regardie's examples of talismen consecration, evocation, etc. The basic frame work is used in all work based upon the neophyte ritual.
