Hi everyone:

I'm very pleased to be here. Being a spiritually driven person who finds magick as the connection to the divine that unveils the worlds mysteries, I'm eager to learn and grow through exploring and sharing with others here. I am a dabbler, one who needs more structure. I find there is so much information out there I'm interested in, I become the master at none.

My current spiritual interests I'm focussing more attention on are japa meditation and yoga. I have an interest in paganism, hinduism, buddhism, mysticism of christianity, gnosticism, taoism but am an expert in none, but then who is? there's always more to learn. I also enjoy and like learning more about metaphysics, astrology, tarot, music, sound, color, light, botanical herbs, oils, incense, teas, foods. Unfortunately, I can get sucked into politics at times, which is quite draining to the soul I think.

I believe in energy and how my energies impact others. History, technology, consciousness, brainwaves, psychology, communications, time, nature, health, and all the wonders of the universe I also enjoy. There's just so much out there that blends with what's in here I simply must say I'm glad to have the gift of life.

Namaste

Just so you know, being a dabbler is bad... One day that can get you seriously hurt. Of course I think we might have diffrent definitions of 'dabbler'.

Welcome to the forums! I look forward to seeing you around!

A dabbler can mean someone who does it to get their rocks off, or someone who isn't quite sure what to do, so tries different things. I doubt he's the first one, and I think he knows by now what's bad, or not.

Thanks for welcoming me.

As a dabbler, I mean I like so many things that I never get completely focussed on one path. I am working on giving myself structure and discipline. I don't know how "dangerous" it is to be all over the place, but I can definitely see how it can have some benefits as well as consequences. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I'm really enjoying reading the information on Sacred Magick. The only problem is, since I'm one to be all over the place I am definitely finding myself getting even more disorganized in my path. What I need is organization.
