A Little Ap Help, please Options

HI! This may be a silly question but I'm rather confused.

I have had an expirience many times where I feel like I'm astral projecting, BUT I'm totally conscious, semi- conscious, or I become consious quite often. It's usually always when i'm going to sleep or in some cases I'm becoming conscious from sleep. For some reason, I thought that you only astral projected in your sleep and you hardly ever remember it, or if you do remember it it's like a dream. But I can actually think to myself.. "Oh my God , I'm projecting." Sometimes I can even will myself not to go...

Is this even astral projecting at all or something else?? Maybe etheric projecting? I'm really stumped here so any help would really be wonderful.

I think that we didn't quite know what you were asking. It wasn't clear. Do you mean you were were AP-ing while fully conscious, on the border between sleeping and awake or while you were asleep? If it is when you are asleep it sounds more like lucid dreaming. If you are fully awake it is AP. If very sleepy it might be either. Lucid dreams can seem very real asi if you are awake. Astral Projection occurs when you are awake It can be done deliberately or by accident/spontaneously. There are techniques so that you can learn to do this at will.

You were at the threshold of OBE, I'm in the same boat you are in...

You need to learn to "let go" of your physical body... I have problems doing this too...

Just relax, trust that nothing is going to happen to your body while you are gone, and slowly but surely you will project...

It sounds like you are talking about Out Of Body Experiance. Where your spirit leaves your body and you can walk around on the Earth and spy on whoever you want. Native American and Voodoo Shamans can become very adapt at this.

Astral projection is something totally different but very commonly confused with OBE. Astral projection is the art of mind tripping to different worlds or the Astral itself. The Astral is the unseen spirit world. Another Shamanistic practice.
