Has anyone had any experiences with Goblins? I read that they were the followers of Gob, and they appear like dwarfs to humans, so that means they can be seen. Gnomes, not exactly...

My uncle told me of a lady who was a family friend who was driven insane by what I assume was a Goblin (Not insane... He bothered alot, and made her miserable for a time)... A dwarf-like creature that looked exactly as you would imagine... With a little bag and all. He fell in love with her, apparently, and wouldn't leave her alone. She would see him running around, in mirrors when she was turned around - everywhere. Even at work. He wouldn't allow any men near her, and was very oppressive.

The family had to call a Catholic priest, but he still wouldn't leave her. It took a while before he finally did.

I'm curious - are all Goblins like this? I've never had any experiences with any, but if they are like this, I don't know if I ever want to...

Goblins are mischevious but generally not evil. Some fairies are in fact evil and should be avoided.Goblins I know of dont look like dwarves, they are more hideous and hilarious in their appearance at the same time.I dont think he was a goblin.I summoned Kelpie once and they are very nasty creatures.

This wasn't a goblin as far as I can tell. It does however, sound like some form of Fae, but not a Goblin. Goblins have a "distorted" look to them, their features are generally extreme in proportion; That is, their nose or mouth will be exaggerated in size, or their head will be overly large, or they will be extremely wrinkled. Why they appear so disproportionate or exaggerated, I'm not sure -possibly because otherworldy creatures take on an appearance that mirrors their emotional and mental state- but goblins rarely -if ever- take on the "little person" appearance of gnomes, dwarves, brownies, sprites or leprechauns, which are the more well-known "little people".

Is there any particular reason faerie-type entities are attracted to certain people and not to others?

They like intense emotions, since they are not very intelligent and many possess an animal like personality, too chaotic and unpredictable for human perception. So they are driven by emotions, and if your emotions resonate with their vibration they may be attracted to you. Some people are natural psychics and more attuned to their world.Maybe the person practiced fairy magic in the past life. There are many reasons why a person is favourable for certain types of fairies.
