I can only speak for The Middle Pillar friend, but with the Cicero version of the book, all you'll get is some editing of course (not necesarilly a bad thing, but some other's disagree in this case) and a bunch of "Filler" material that form part 2 of the book.
Now, to be "fair", perhaps some magicians would get something from part 2. I got very little from it, but this was also due to my readings done elsewhere (In much better, i.m.o.) sources. The best way to decide for yourself would be to go to your library and borrow the book (they'll have the Cicero version). If you need or want to study part 2, you can then decide friend (IMG:
