I know to good links for helping with depresion.

Mod note- URL's removed as they link to a forum whose members seem to have very little understanding of depression and its debilitating effects. There is so much crap posted all over the internet on the subject of depression, which is a shame because a lot of people are seekign genuine advice and crying out for help. - mediocracy

I suffer from manic depresion at times and i just whether the storm so to speak when it comes on. Its quite difficult somtimes but suvivable.

Do you have/have you had depresion then?
The advice looked good, what was wrong with it?
And if thats bad advice the do you know eny links to
good advice? Its not very easy living with low self estime,
confidnce, trust and openess ishues. I get by with the
noledge that i cant escape this infernaly retched realm
as ill only reincarnate with the same or simler dificultys
concerning the lessons that my sole 'supposedly' has to
learn.

....i used to have a rule -not to interfere with those who have chosen to die ,and not to interfere with their choice ....my rule broke on its first test becouse it was someone who i love ...someone who needed me

Suicide and Death doesnot have to be literal and final ....why not shed our old damaged lives and be rebor into ,a new persona ,a new life...?....

As a mystic in alchemy circle we traveled to the Gates of Death as described by Robert Monroe and to the Spirit Homes and to the Lowest Planes called Hell . There is a suicide realm in Hell which not all suicides go to . Those who forgive themselves , are forgiven by those alive on Earth that love them and by the Godhead do not go to this place . Others leave when they are forgiven . Some stay until the time of their "natural death ". The place did not seem so bad . It seemed more a self inflicted punishment .

When I read as a medium , I meet suiciders . One who shot himself in the head to end chronic excruciating pain due to his terminal cancer was already with his loved ones in spirit . He was only there a few weeks . The wife and son had forgiven him completely and his only regret was the mess .

Another one had been dead nine years according to his daughter . She could see him but he could not see her . I was reading the daughter's friend and this girl appeared who died in a fire . Her father killed himself in grief because he could not accept that it was not his fault . The daughter wanted me to tell the father she was happy and he should join her . He did not believe he could . But he recieved her message with great joy .

I have more questions than answers but I feel so far that Godhead is unconditionally loving and that we learn from mistakes and move on when we have .

One's afterlife is greatly determined by their mental and emotional state upon death. Not so much at the instant of their death, but the way they carried on in life. The angry go the the relm of angry ghosts, the greedy to the relm of greedy ghosts...Those in such despair will like end up in a black hole of eternal despair unless and until they can break out of the emotional state.
