I would like to add that a very nice method of self-glamoury is simply believing that you look a certain way, by method of not allowing yourself to think otherwise. What I mean is, if you wanted yourself to be essentially invisible, you would envision yourself invisible from first a third person perspective, and then expanding it to as many perspectives as you can, holding them all in your mind at once. This might be hard to do at first, but it should come naturally soon.
As you might imagine, this pretty much requires all of the sorcerer's attention if it is to be flawless, but is very potent, since from my experience sorcery is mostly subjective. You may concentrate on it less and risk a little more if more complicated tasks are being performed. I'm not sure how well this works for anything other than invisibility, actually, but it makes sense that it would work with other things.
To prove the example, a few years ago I was playing...capture the flag (I'm so mature) with about 20 friends, and used this to simply walk to the other side, take the flag, and walk back. No running, no rush...we were playing on an open soccer field and nobody saw me. People were amazed. And then, I did it AGAIN. The very next round.
The disadvantage is that the other glamours in this thread are more permanent; this is gone with your concentration, and it can be tricky to do complicated things.
