For instance if you said meditation with a god-based theme, then I could tell you buy The Art of Meditation by Joel Goldsmith. If you said you wanted guided imagery, or wanted grounding energy then I could tell you to go pick up Power Animal Meditations by Scully. As for astral travel books I own several and none of them are anything near the end all, Gavin and Yvonne Frost book is pretty good, one of the originals, and deals with some things many other books don't. By and far I would say the most popular (though I don't own it) are the books on astral travel by Robert Bruce, which from what I understand are very in depth and have a method of training. I think I might grab a book by S Muldoon, perhaps not teaching travel but mostly about the experiences, those maybe even more important.
