What exactly do you mean by "personal power"?

A combination of confidence, focus, and devotion to self (not self-centered, but unwavering self-love).

Don Juan said that power is a mood, and I have found this to be true.

Having personal power gives you control over you life, your personality, and your destiny. it gives you the ability to focus on a goal and achieve it no matter what.

Really, personal power is the only power you can ever achieve. Every other power is an illusion given by some external force. Personal power cannot be taken away, as long as you stay in touch with it.

I agree but most focus on whatever power they can get externally from money , political positions and so on so its wise to look inside yourself because what you build inside can never be taken !
