Evokation With Western Tradition Options

When summoning Necronomicon entities can you use traditional western systems such as the golden dawn's method of evokation. I assumed that some and maybe not all entites could be done safly like perhaps marducks 50. Either way there are so many warnings that come with the necronomicon I was wondering if this could be just a really bad idea...?

Actually you can. Look up Ashnook under members here. He has a website that I believe discusses it. But to answer your question you can do it. I believe the concern comes in the banishings. You CAN banish the Nec entities. At a sticky at the top of the Necronomicom Forum tells you how. Its true that method isn't in the Necronomicom per say but the method listed in the sticky is a tried and true method THAT WORKS. But at the end of the day, it'll only work if you KNOW or BELIEVE it does. Keep asking questions only through questions can one truly learn.
