I find this exciting that you have a presence around myself, only you sound like you would rather it isn't.
It is easy in this day and age to psychologize everything and say it is in the mind. Some things are not.
Let me repeat that: SOME things are NOT.
Take for instance, hauntings, there are many proven cases where doors and windows have been opened regularly in buildings where caretakers and others have firmly closed them. Others, disbelieving, have offered to close them tightly themselves and found that sure enough, the next day, they have been opened.
As for you having a disorder, there are many people falsely labelled or called borderline who are no such thing. The popularity of psychology has many people interested but as yet not experienced enough in life to be able to accept difference without labelling it; and sadly, even some who are supposedly professionals at the height of their careers making serious mistakes on occasion. So forget bipolar especially since you sound like you have a therapist that you can at least work with.
Ok, that all out of the way, there are many things we do not yet understand in the world and although yes, your mind may be picking up on an entity or current of some kind, it doesn't mean that you created it, it could do, but it may not.
If you are having tantrums, I suspect it has nothing to do with the entity, but has a lot to do with feelings being stirred up due to the therapy; it might also mean that you are opening up parts of your mind that are more likely to tune into other currents or realms.
I suggest - if you aren't already - writing about your feelings in a journal and shredding or burning it if it is very personal afterwards and doing something very physical, like exercize, maybe swimming or dancing or something, add to that some chakra work or other balancing technique whilst you are going through this.
If you find after a few weeks, you still have an entity hanging around, its time to do some banishing techniques of your choosing. When the entity is annoying you, if it won't communicate, tell it firmly to go and go do something grounding, like eat something.
Most of all, don't feed it by worrying about it.
