Hello! I'm yma, I'm new here. I found this site while gathering some background information for a spell's ingredients. I feel in love with the main site and the forums, so here I am! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Wicca(who hasn't?), Satanism(does this count?), Qabalah

Other paths of interest:
Voodoo, most of the eastern religions and philosophies

Do you practice divination? If so, which form?:
Tarot, mostly. I'm not a pro but I like the cards and I've been able to give good readings for my close friends.

Do you have psychic talents?
When I was younger I could see auras. I'm empathic to a point. I also have this weird ability to cause my friends abilities/talents to increase, like backwards vampirism I guess.

Favorite poet:
Oh..I've never been big on poetry. There are a few scattered poems that I love but no specific poets.

Favorite musical artist or band:
Tool, but I definitely do not limit my music tastes. I like a little bit of everything no matter what genre it happens to fall in.

Favorite book/s:
Fantasy fiction, mostly, but like my music, I don't limit myself to just one genre. The Kushiel series by Jacqueline Carey is awesome and I highly reccomend them. I like Michael Crichton, Hunter S Thompson, Mercedes Lackey, lots of others.

Favorite film/s:
The Barbie movies are fast becoming staples in my tv diet(my almost three year old daughter loves them and I have to admit that I really like them too). Star Wars, PotC, The Mask of Zorro, Man in the Iron Mask, Legend, The Princess Bride..sooo many others.

Favorite quote:
"Love should not be limited" - me. Although someone more famous may have somethign similar? I've no idea. I feel it's the most important of all my little sayings.

Favorite television show:
Cold Case Files, Law and Order, Charmed, Missing, most of the shows that come on Biography, History and the like.

Do you have any hobbies?
Surfing the net, harassing my friends, chasing my daughter, learning, learning, learning

Welcome to the boards! I myself am no veteran here, but I must say its a great place to be & everyone is always very warm & welcoming. I see you like Tool, you have very good musical tastes (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) They are my favorite too (IMG:style_emoticons/default/banana.gif)
Well dive in and start learning, its a neverending process & this place has lots of knowledge.

Welcome to SM! Satanism sure is a path that counts. While we do not have a left hand path specifically we do have many threads related. Thank you for the introduction and happy posting!
