The same way anyone else controls objective reality - by taking objective realistic action. Like, chemistry or engineering.
I can't imagine what you mean by reanimation - making something animate which was animate before but is not now? Like, zombies, etc.?
The magick which will enable the manipulation of objective reality is a fantasy. Focus on the true nature of magick, which is subtle. You can influence your own subjective reality, and you can, eventually, effect someone else's subjective reality. Affecting objective reality, though, defies the definition of objective. You might make a change, but it will only be a change in 'objective' reality to you - which mean's it's actually subjective. Everyone else who is made aware of the magick, will see it as the normal course of objective reality.
A particularly sensitive magician will be able to tell where a shift has been applied, but it will still seem completely natural externally.
Even telekinesis is accompanied by fluctuations in heat currents and EM fields, objective phenomenon.
