Maybe someone can shed some light on this thing that is happening. I'm at my work place sweeping the floor then I see someone for a like not even half a second then they disappear. They're never moving, always blurred as I don't get enough time to look at their face. They're of course human size and am pretty sure they're not anyone I would recognize. I don't really think they're ghost, and most likely they're figments of my imagination, although I haven't ruled myself insane yet.

The other day I was in a used store. As I walked by an old rocking chair I glimpsed an old lady with a dress sitting in it. Then she was gone. Any thoughts?

ITs probably just a trick of the eye. But in theory perhaps people are only capable of seeing otherworldly entities through the perifferal vission. So unless it seems menacing I wouldn't worry about it. You might keep your senses open to other paranormal phenomenon. Things moving at random, unexplainable noises, feeling like you're being watched, other people wittnessing the same things.
