I know that it is stupid to ask such an old question but please help me with my visualization. Everytime i close my eyes and focus on one figure, I feel like my eyes are pulled forward out of the sockets. Yesterday the force was so strong that I had to bend over and stop visualizing. So is it normal or I did it wrongly?
Please forgive my noobishness. I desperately call for your help
its because you dont relax the muscles that hold your eye ball. pause the visualisation.. dont stop it.. then relax each strained muscle of the eye.. look in the internet on the muscles that hold your eye and pictures of them..feel these muscles and relax them with the normal relaxation techique...
and when you visualise dont put focus on the region infront of your eyes... visualise as if its inside your head but your head does not have any boundary.. you will get a floatin in space sensation ;-)
and still keep relaxing the eye muscle from time to time.. its difficult to keep the eye from moving even when visualisin but it will come in time :-)
