Astral Expansion, Micro - Macro Cosmic Options

Maybe this is best in the Cerimonial room as its part of the LBRP but has anyone tried expanding themselves astrally to contain all and everything as discussed in I.Regardies book the middle pillar?

How did you do it?
What did you experience?

Am using it as part of my practice and haven't yet got it down just want to know if anyone else has tried and been sucessfull.

The idea is along the lines of, ''As it is in heaven so shall it be on the earth''. So a person expands themselves astrally to contain all things within the universe along with the understanding that the Macro is the same as the Micro and visa versa. The few times I have tried it have resulted in me misjudging my surroundings and bumping into things that I wouldn't .lol.

Haven't got it down pat yet but It works wonders for the LBRP...

you are standing, then you turn (usually sunwise) and as you turn you grow larger, until your feet are standing upon an earth the size of a small car (its turning under you - you are standing on the hard shell of the upper atmosphere - i had trouble with this but it was explained to me, by a adhd kid no less, that since you are so big you're weight is distributed and so you cannot fall in), then you turn again and you are standing on the solar system, turn again and you are standing on the milky way galaxy, surrounded by the universe

i always go out to the multi-universe like soap-bubbles level (standing on this one), then am working on getting beyond that to see frayed end of the torn rope of space-time

but you know me - always pushing the envelope, don't get lost out there, and remember that no matter how big you are, you are still the you on earth at the same time (the whisper in the ear of caesar)

Thats an intresting one, tried it a few times.

The idea here though is to expand rather than stand on top of the earth/galaxy. To contain the earth and all other things in totality if you see my point. I can't astral travel but I.Regrdie has this as part of the QC and I've found that when I can visualise myself as such it makes the LBRP and other rituals completely effective. Problem is that I have to open my eyes to draw the pents in the right directions but even then as you said, ''no matter how big'' I am I'm still on earth so the pents kinda resonate through with an astral awareness, all this until I can afford the £200 to get myself some floorstanding candle holders and appropiately coloured candles. Should be able to work with the lights completely out and just the candles burning then.
