Who Is Real?, Determining if one is manifestation or not. Options

I was wondering if any one has a method for determining if something in the astral was manifested by you or was there of its own accord?

Are there any actions, feeling, appearances, or lengths of time that the manifestation makes, gives off, or displays before/during its appearance?

Is there any double blind methods for determining if someone is “real,” that can be used in the astral.

It’s a good question. I think perhaps a debatable one. I believe that the astral manifest differently for everyone. So I will give my personal opinion as it manifests to me.

I think of the astral as a bunch of unformed energy. Kind of like the snow or static on your TV. The astral takes form according to the mind of the one who enters it. Not only conscious mind but also and even more so the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is what is concrete in the astral. That which with your conscious mind you can not change to what you desire it to be. These subconscious blinds represent things in your life and previous life issues.

Because of this a great victory in the astral manifests itself in the physical either in our mind or our actions. The astral is perhaps self psychiatry considered thus.

So yes there can be blinds in the astral. The real test is a test of ourselves and our mind states. It is important to control the mind in the astral as much as possible. We have forgotten the physical world so that only the mental world and astral world remain. Now the goal is to control the mental world as much as possible so that the astral world becomes more like we want it to be. Once this manifest in the astral it also manifests in the other two worlds. In our mind there is a change and we see it manifest in the physical.

If we want to consider the truthfulness of another person this should be easy to do in the astral. In the astral exists the consciousness of all living things past present and future. The astral is that place in which all these worlds connect. All times are happening at the same time in the astral. So unlimited knowledge can be tapped. The thoughts of every man that has ever lived on any given subject etc. As well as the mind which we want to probe.

Now reach out with your mind thinking of that person. Find the place where they connect to the astral and enter their mind. In this way you can find the truth.

I believe what you are saying is: that to determine if what I see in the astral is another person, I find where he/she is entering the astral from. (Where their body is?) If I can find no such link to the outer world then the thing I am seeing is of my own making.
