By the will of the elder god/Outer God you've have been given the powers of an elder god/Outer God and whether you like it or not are not apart of their ranks, how do you deal with your new "friends?"

In my case I might look into seeing if I can bump the human race to be a little higher on the cosmic food chain with a couple of experiments to see If I can improve them in some fashion in the eyes of the other gods.

I'd plan to me transform the women of earth to look like this, I do consider these girls to be hot mind you:

Given that kind of power, I would have the specialty of temporal/dimensional magicks. I would make them live the same torture over and over again in their life, or have them be ripped apart just at the rim of a black hole. Or something worse...the universe can be SO unforgiving!! Sure every female could use some extra arms, with all the crap we end up doing...but that means more deoderant, and unless you have an armpit fetish...and a thing for 2-D women...youd probably regret it. I think I see what you are hinting at here. As an electrician I often wish that I had four or six hands to do certain things. This is why I have a helper.

In the spirit world a being can have multiple arms as well as bird / animal parts. Actually it is rare in my mind that a spirit manifests in a human form.

Certainly we humans are evolving. Evolution never stops. I agree that as mankind's collective collective soul progresses the body could evolve as well. After all we do have tail bones passed down from our tree dwelling ancestors etc. It is said that the angels of our world were a previous race of living beings in this world. It is possible that when mankind has evolved spiritually enough that some of us will be spirits in a future Earth / world. After all time is endless. So the short 60 - 80 year span of our lives are just a brief moment in the span of our souls existence.

Some people may realize such an enlightenment a long time before the average individual of our race. If we can evolve into spirits then possibly we could help those which we have surpassed.
Surely the eternity of our souls can not be endless human lives. In each life we progress spiritually which seems to be the reason which we exist to begin with.

Perhaps we can even surpass spirits through out the Aeons of time ourselves and become living gods. I agree that if our souls evolve we will not have completely human forms. Or perhaps forms altogether non humanoid. After all part of being human is our human bodies.

Many of the demons / angels appear as part human part animal or bird. So your vision is a likely one.

Women’s ability to cook tasty food has helped snare countless men since the dawn of our existence. As far as spiritual transformation or metamorphosis goes a good woman can be a wonderful influence on a man.

If we consider that somewhere there must be a Yin / Woman that can balance our Yang / manlike qualities. Then we know that a woman can help us spiritually evolve.
