I have already talked with afew people about this in PM and IRC(thanks for your answers,but I'd like to ask everyone else too).

So,are there spirits who can activate and/or enhance a persons astral sight,or other astral senses for that matter? No need to call me a lazy bastard,I'm already aware. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

The expected answer is that there are spirits capable of activating and/or enhancing your astral sight,but you wouldn't be able to control the ability very well and could end up unable to differentiate between physical and astral happenings,which would be bad. But I'm not so sure that would happen in *every* case. Let's say someone knows how to activate their astral sight,but can see very little,could it be feasible to have an entity improve your subtle vision?

If the answer is yes,what spirits are capable of doing this properly? I have some ideas,but let's hear yours first.

I practice skrying,but after only afew minutes,sometimes less,I start seeing what I believe to be phosphenes or hypnagogic imagery or something,not astral stuff. It's always purple and green washing over my vision,kinda interferes with practice.
