I have developed a passive form of athsma where my breathing rhythm is slow, and the pressure is weaker. My natural breathing is not as deep, and my diaphram has atrophied.
To combat this, I have started walking and adjusted my diet to have a more vegetarian bias. But, this is not enough, as during sleep, I have developed apnea.
I ask you, SM, do you know of any natural therapies that can open my bronchial passages, and allow more oxygen into my lungs? I ask this because the criterion for athsma, as well as other conditions, have gotten more grandiose in the last decade, and medicine in the US is getting harder to come by. I honestly don't think passive athsma will be acknowledged.
Aside from THC, what can act as a good Bronchial Dilator?
