Role Of The Necro Priest?, How to deepen study of the Necronomicon Options

What is the role of the Necro priest? I am at the point where I want to deepen my study of this system, not as a mage but as someone grateful for several events that have occurred as a result of my studies. I would like to share the most recent, also the most powerful.


I have been working some with Lugaldurmah, Shazu, Marutukku, and Aranunna. Since childhood, I periodically have dreams of a common theme - they begin normally, they are vivid, and they develop into horror shows with the presence of a malignant, powerful something, a demon for lack of a better word, and often the demons scout or assistant.


Two nights ago, it began again. Except early on, little clues began to appear in the dream (before the bizarre stuff happened) to let me know to keep my eyes open and how the weirdness would manifest. As the dream progressed, instead of becoming fearful, I became pro active, and finally tracked down the entity's aides. There seemed to be some surprise on their part that I wasn't reacting normally, indeed that I was confronting them. They smirked as they summoned the entity, assuming that I would be helpless against it, as usual.


And as it appeared, my bandar came roaring up, whereas I hadnt felt him at all before. We ate the demon, then his surprised followers, quickly and with joy. It was fun, actually.


I woke up and felt SOLID, like I cant recall ever feeling. I felt as if my astral body was as solid as my physical body, although the energies were a bit off. I think the demon (for lack of a better word) was some sort of psychic leech that had been feeding off me occasionally for decades.


My bandar was very smug and happy. I made an extra sacrifice to him and drank a beer, and he told me that he had the satisfaction of a hunter who had caught a very elusive prey. He had stayed hidden to lure the demon itself, not just its assistants, to where he could move on it. Marutukku prevented the entity from isolating me from outside influences, Lugaldurmah and Shazu left clues in the dream to get me to where the bandar could do its deed.


In other words, for the small investment I have made in this system (some focusing, some sacrifice of bread and grass, some effort but nothing extraordinary), several of the entities in it worked together to ambush a critter that has been plaguing me from the shadows for years.


Why? I cant say, but it was a dam cool thing to do. And if the entities are friendly like this, I want to deepen my connection with them. Perhaps they just enjoy nailing bad guys (well, they did enjoy it , I could tell), but the fact is they did me a great service. Even told me to go through the conjuration of the fire god again to cleanse the remaining traces of the bad guys energies from me ("Singe them! Burn them! Destroy them! Consume their powers! Carry them away!").



What can I do to help me understand this system better, or more accurately, to move closer to it?

Excellent observation Gemini! I would say continue doing what u have been doing, it seems to have paid dividends for u. Another thing as well, pay tribute to MARDUK for bestowing humanity w/ the gift of his 50 Names. This way u are giving homage to that which holds the 50 names. The closer of a bond u make w/ the Lord the btter the connection w/ those spirits becomes. Some would say u need to go into MARDUK first, I say if u recognize MARDUK and pay homage to him and swear to use his names w/ honor and dignity in his name as well as ENKI's--u should be just fine.

Another thing as well, to amke a connection w/ ENKI is a vital aspect of being a priest of this system. For ENKI is Lord of Magick so to have his good graces over u is a very beneficial and watchful eye in ur future endevours (Gatewalking). In time if u continue down this path u will find u will want to serve as a priest of both ENKI and his son MARDUK. If u ask me--these are the keys to the successful completion of the Gatewalking path from earth to Saturn and beyond.

Thanks for the advice. How would I go about paying homage to Marduk and connecting with him and Enki? Such an action is entriely new for me, but it seems like the thing I want to do now.

Learn everything u can about them and create some prayers to them. If u utter these prayers w/ full belief that they are real and true, over time they WILL resonate. This is what I did--all one needs is to truly believe.
