Hi, I'm new here, my name is Eden and my main interests are Sumero-Babylonian and Abrahamic religion and mysticisms... I follow Astrological events very closely and will always examine the positionings for the exact times of ingresses, and the major moon phases... applying these findings to events in the mundane world and my own life... i also want to learn more about numerology, tarot and i ching. Besides the Western tradition I also respect and recognize the occult significance of Taoism and Buddhism and Hinduism... I've been reading the 10,000 songs of Milarepa lately actually. Recently I have also been reading essays and works by Carl Jung, and I am increasingly finding that occultism and Jungian psychology go hand in hand. Outside of Metaphysics Marxism interests me very much, although I do believe its down fall is its insistance on atheism... I guess personally I style myself as a Priest/ess of Inanna Ishtar... a passion of mine is the desire to restore the original Sumero-Babylonian tradition which the entire Western religio-social structure actually rests on...

Very interesting interests you got there! I've personally been doing a lot of work with Astrology lately in an attempt to further my understanding of the events outside of our protected corner of the universe. Can you refer me to any good readings about Astrology?

Hello, Eden! How's Paradise?! I have to agree with SPoison, you have some very interesting interest! But it is your interest and passion of restoring the original Sumero-Babylonian tradition that really interest me. I, too, am interested in the Sumero-Babylonian tradition, but from the perspective of the Necronomicon (not that I am closed to any other writings or sources of information). How do you suggest that we go about restoring the original Sumero-Babylonian tradition, especially since judeo-christianity is so well entrenched within western societies? Heck, even in the eastern heartland of where the Sumero-Babylonian tradition originated an enemy tradition reigns supreme -- the Abrahamic and monotheistic tradition of Islam. I would very much like to hear your ideas!
