Was This Astral Projection?, my experience Options

every day till now i've only emergerd into a dreamlike trance state.
at the beginning of praccticing i only could slighty shut off my tactile sense,later i learned to shut my hearing sense as well, and ultmately i've been getting into a deep trance state like where i can feel or hear nothing, and sometimes not even think, but i am aware of it.

Today is my third month of practice and while practicing astral projection i fall into a dream where a tall man was walking behind me, and a couple( man and woman) beside me
at night. it was in the same place i run all nights, it scared me, not the couple ,but the tall thin man, at that moment i lost control of the dream and i felt my whole body vibrate, like really intense vibrations, and i got scared,(mainly i got worried of my physical body having really bad or no circulation at all)
anyways i wanted to ask.Was this Astral Projection? or was i somewhere near it?

I think you're very close to actual Astral Projection, but not quite there yet. What you experienced was more of a lucid dream. Keep it up! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bigwink.gif) You're almost there.

First expirience have analog in yoga and have has an own value in not dependence on the phenomenon an astral projection
Second imho was astral projection with some element of dream layered on top of perception
I dont meet very clear astral expirience Its always mix with dream. Ability to distinguish dream's distortions and the real things here that truly valuably

When you project astrally,
You should feel that your third eye is open (pressure between the brows is usually the indicator).
