Hello my name is Thraine. I have been reading these forums for a month or so now and decided to join. I am a very very new student to the study and practitioning of magic (god there are to many ways to spell that). I live in humboldt county where its fairly isolated so this place has been a huge lif saver for me. I look forward to learning from everyone here.

I lived in Crescent City (just north of you) for about five years. Humboldt has tons of pagans, so does Curry county in Oregon. While magicians are scarce in Del Norte, the Yurok have all sorts of unique occult lore. There are many secret wonders in the wilderness of the area. Welcome to the board.

I would look for a teacher up here but most of the people I seem to conact are either a little to ..... hard core or they just arn't into what I want to learn. Any recommendations on where to look for people of like minds??
