How To Communicate With A Spirit Options

I've been lurking here for a while now and have found the discussions to be very interesting and enlightening.
I am finally posting as I need some advice.

Over the past 6 months I've been experiencing the presence of a spirit. It started of weekly and now occurs daily (usually after 9pm).

Up until today I knew this spirit was not malevolent seeing that I can feel the presence during LBRP and Chi Kung rituals.

Each week I get together with two friends where we discuss all things occult. Things we've read / experenced and are trying to understand.
We have only been doing rituals for a year now and nothing to heavy (yet).

This evening was every interesting. My Friend "A" could here a teenage girl saying "oooh noooo". She checked to see the TV was off (it was muted).

"A" is clairvoyant but not conciously. Its sporadic. "A" Identified it was a female spirit between 13 and 19. The voice was young (but not a child's).
The spirit is present as it likes to be with me. She does not want anything from me.

I would like to hear your suggestions on how I can communicate with her. "A" perceived that the spirit does not know how to.
I have been experiencing a hot right ear and what feels like breath on my forehead, ear and cheek nightly.
Fingers or hand in my hair, right side of the body and back. (Right now as I type this).

What exercises can I do, and How do I help this young spirit communicate with me?

Try using a pendulum. They work very well with spirits.

I agree, use a pendulum. Banish first if you want, cast a circle, whatever. You'll get weak movements at first, but the longer you talk to the spirit using it (minimum 10 minutes) you'll get very powerful swings. It won't be your hand muscles doing it after awhile.

Don't spend on one either. There's no need. Get an old key you don't need and tie some string to it. That's a very well balanced pendulum. You can cleanse it and consecrate it if you want to feel more sure when you use it (and to be sure it's not another spirit giving you fake answers).

I'd try a ouija board. You sound pretty familiar with the occult so I don't think I need to tell you to use caution. Paranormal researchers also use equipment to try and gather sounds or images of any ghostly entity. There might be a group in your area. Also I'd research the house to try and figure out if there ever was a famale who lived there for a long time or died. From what I understand about spirit encounters is that either they usually just want to be left alone or they want something from the people the haunt. If you do try to communicate with the entity try to figure out if there is something it wants or needs.

I sort of have the same issue. There is a spirit that seems like it doesn't like me, but it is not malevolent. I communicate with her via a mirror. The older the mirror, the better. i usually place my finger tips of one hand on the center of the mirror and push it into the wall, concentrate, and speak. I usually get answers. See if that works for you

The methods that I am familiar with are

1. Try to communicate with it telepathically, as described on any site teaching telepathy (psipog or otherwise)
2. Try and channel it into your dreams using any method desirable.
3. Try automatic writing, where you let the spirit make subtle movements with your hand in order to write out sentences (google it)
4. If all else fails, you could go for something more extreme. There are some who prescribe temporary allowed possession of your body in which the spirit records whatever conversation took place while the mind was a duality...because the practitioner often does not remember.
