Greetings, All., My introductory post. Options

Hello. I"m Sachiel, but my real name is Sam. I live in Chicago, and though I've posted my real age I expect to find little bias in that regard.

I have been interested in, and semi-practicing, occultism since I was about five. I started legitimately studying it in the sense those here are familiar with about 2 years ago, starting by joining the community at The Library of Knowledge. Since then, their forum has been removed, and a lot of material with it. For the need to bounce and read ideas, I find myself here.

I first found out about occultism when I chanced to make the wind blow when I was around five. I found that it was easy, and I could control the direction. To my disappointment, this faded in time, like most metaphysical abilities of childhood. 2 years ago, I started in necromancy, but after gaining a basic proficiency decided against that path, due to an unpleasant encounter with a negative entity. I studied astral workings for about a year after that, and now I'm interested in some Chaos Magick, Kabballah, and especially the definition of Sorcery on the Library of Knowledge.

I hope I can benefit this place as much as I believe that it will benefit me.

No bias on my part. I know for a fact being an adapt does not necessarily only comes with age. I know beginners on this path that are middle-aged and 18 years old that blow your mind with what they are capable of.
