I don't know much about pathworking but I recently bought the book "Garden of Pomegrants". I can't say I have a favorite spirit since I am new but one time I was reading about Amdusias, thinking about how he could help me out. And one night I had a dream about him, he didn't tell me anything but it was interesting to know that he knew that I was thinking about him/her.
