Intro, i am new Options

my knowledge about magic/ spirituality if still in its infancy hence my presence here on this forum...

i hope that there are some good folks out there who will point me in the right directions...and perhaps share their knowledge...

the first easy step i always advise and experimented myself in the magical path is to know the relationship between conciousness and energy as the primitives by experimenting a psi ball :-)
