anything in the 8th house is tricky enough ... but have it be something like saturn or the NN ... yikes, tricky, tricky. saturn seems to play the actor when he comes into this house ... making it seem as if he's not about this but about that, when he was about this the whole time. saturn, as it is now retrograde too, so its going to experience this conjunction with the NN for a bit, is truly trying to help the person realize his true destiny vis-a-vis what other people value ... perhaps he considers others too much, perhaps not enough ... with jupiter in that 8th house, likely the former rather than the latter.
saturn truly wants people to realize their potential, realistically. with the NN in that 8th house natally, they must really come to grips with others and other people's opinions of them ... innately, they have a strong sense of their own values (SN in the 2nd), but with the NN in the 8th, they question whether others think that what they feel is right. especially if jupiter is conjunct with NN, then the expansion of the self into the experience of the 8th house is critical. if they are overly sensitive to criticism, saturn is transiting to teach them to say "Screw them, they don't know what you know ... who cares what they think" ... more often than not, saturn is trying to INCREASE a person's structure rather than contain them or keep them down. most of us cannot accept that we are to have a higher destiny than we currently have or can expect based on our parents/social positions in our upbringing. saturn transiting the 8th house is about breaking down doors to see what is on the other side ... when we THINK others want to keep us out ... they don't, they just are testing us to see if we really want to see what's behind door no. 8!!!! ... with the uranus opposition to jupiter, perhaps thats just what needs to happen ... get out the battering ram!
maybe that gives you a perspective to help look at this chart.
