Do not allow him to do this. If it carries on, you will have to say goodbye to him. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/00000041.gif)

Sorry : (

Yeah he does that RARELY though and he knows it hurts me in a way. He only does that if there is something VERY important that he needs to speak with me with. Though he usually gets my attention by sending energy to my right ear and making the energy vibrate in my ear to produce a small ringing sound.

Anyway both of our personalities fit eachother, both of us are a bit "dark" in our way of thinking and both of us tend to do things like messing around with people and eachother. Of course both of us don't do anything REALLY bad...it's just like playfulness bad. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/13.gif) Plus he's there to protect me as I would with him. I hope you understand Radiant Star how both of us are...it's just how we do things.

Mediocracy is right in that we learn from all kinds of experiences - those that cause pain as well as those that don't; I was simply under the impression that your dragon was hurting you all of the time, however, you have now clarified the situation and it doesn't sound like you are about to be mauled to death after all (IMG:style_emoticons/default/chuckyani.gif)

Nero, I also saw a very pale whitish looking dragon for you too, but I was told "not yet", so that may mean as Saintgeorge says that he is a bit young yet or it may mean that it is me who cannot see him yet. I am not sure, but sounds good to me.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/bye.gif)

Radiant... Do you think you could see if I have a dragon??

I am never sure when I see them if they are already with the person just waiting for them to tune in to them or if they come willingly when people show an interest, but I can say that the impression I got for you Daev was a quiet dragon of a blueish colour bordering on silver - I have to assume that this is the correct dragon for you, since I see the impression of it when I think of you. Even so, I will admit to seeing two that could be later be confirmed as belonging to people I knew.

I must say that I feel reticent about doing this since someone else asked me a while back and they saw one which was a different colour from the one I saw and eventually my friend had to banish the one he saw as the relationship was problematic.

I also rather think that if you asked someone else they may see a different dragon altogether, however, I suppose it is some kind of a starting point.

Please check it out if you do ritual; it would be a really good time to do this.

Does everyone have a dragon except me?

Nero, I feel the same way you do! I don't know if I have one(I probably don't), and I don't know how to see if I have one or not.

Hmm.. interesting thread, and I also would like to say "i dont have a dragon"!

I read a few people mentioning a ritual, just which ritual are you refering to?

Lately I've been feeding my elemental salamander and causing him to grow,
it is still not much more than just a spark at this stage, but its surprising how
much heat and warmth those little guys give off!

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/flame.gif)

Do dragons and salamanders get along alright? I would love a dragon, but I dont
want my little salamander to feel jealous, so if they are not compatible creatures
then maybe I'll just stick with "sparky" for now. (No, his name isnt actually sparky, he
is not firmely rooted enough in this plane to communicate with me yet.)

I'm having a little trouble, and Im hopeing a fire elemental can chase off whatever
it is that has been causing me these problems, but maybe a dragon might also
do the trick! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bruce_h4h.gif)

This may be the ritual mentioned
http://sacred-magick.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=647

Dont know if Dragons get on with salamanders, but you could always
ask your little friend.

felt like a nibble, and today I havnet seen it at all... hmmm...

Salamanders are not reptiles! That is, the elemental creature of Fire, named Salamander by Paracelsus is not a reptile. The small lizardlike creature of smooth moist skin which is of the Order of Caudata is an amphibian. There is also a mechanical contrivance used to toast food called a salamander but now I digress! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) Salamanders, ala Elemental Fire creatures, are very interesting sorts. They are capricious and very inquisitive. They are not related to Dragons. I think Paracelsus's book, "The Archidoxes of Magic" have a segment describing Salamanders. If summoning one be careful with combustibles! Also watch for violent temper flareups or anger as this may cause an imbalance in your elemental equilibrium... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/flame.gif)

Wow, very interesting.

My salamander disapeard the day after it finally materialized, and the
impression I got was that it went off to do some exploring for a bit and will
come back shortly.

But the really weird thing is that since its been gone I've had strong bursts
of anger, so far I havent snaped at anyone but I've come close.

Im trying to lure it back into my room and I bought some herbs for my windowcil so
hopefully it will feel more comfortable for it. I dont like the idea of it just roaming
around, but at the same time I dont want to try to cage it.

Well... off to do some ritual before bed, maybe I can coax it back into my room!

Sorry,

I dont mean to hijack this great thread about dragons, and this is the last
thing I will post about the salamander (IMG:style_emoticons/default/5.gif)

But I learned something interesting tonight which explains
what has been going on:

Elementals dont retain shape for long, nor do they remain in a relm that
is not natural for them. The fact that my elemental stayed for an entire
48 hour period is quite astonishing.. I had no idea!

I had been trying to summon an elemental and thought it would keep its
from and remain with me once it had been fully summoned, I was wrong.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/fool.gif)

..so it looks like what I really need is a dragon.

Would anyone care to see if I already have one?

My info:
Born under the sign of Aries, in the year of the horse.
Favorite color is green, favorite animal is the phoenix.

Thanks!

As far as I know birth dates have nothing to do with wether or not a dragon chooses to cohabit with you.the easiest way to get a dragon is to get someone who knows you personally who has a dragon to ask thier dragon to find you a friend.

All this feeding dragons is new to me. Mine feeds from my love and attention. I give it treasure to guard. It grows and shrinks according to itself. Sometimes it is young and spritely sometimes old and wizened.
Thank you for your info Genocide.

A friend of mine gave me a baby dragon a long time ago. It was dark grey with a hint of blue and I called him Ash. Then my friend stopped believing and I assumed he was just a figment of my imagination as well. Which leads me to my question, did he ever really exist? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/hmm.gif)
