So I'm curious, of all the movies and TV shows with portrayals of the dark arts, which is your favorite? Do you think any of them are portrayed somewhat accurately, or do you just dig the entertainment value? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

My favorites would have to be "I Dream of Jeannie" and "Ah! My Goddess!" (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)


In all honesty, I just dig the entertainment value (Who can resist the great Barbara Eden? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/spoton.gif) )

Yep Barbara Eden got me through puberty, and that was just in reruns. As for how accurate the shows are, let's just say that Hollywood has never let the truth get in the way of a story.

I totally enjoyed "The Dresden Files" for the entertainment value. Also, where else you get to watch a detective/magician who uses a hockey stick as his magical wand and staff? I'm hooked and are hoping they'll keep the show going for years to come."Supernatural" will probably come second after this.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer

Smallville (Season 4 was witch heavy... I wasn't aware that superman had witch problems in his youth lol)

Five 5irls (girls) (movie wasn't all that good, but wasn't all that bad...)

Aww man, have you read the books The Dresden Files? I've read em' all and gotten each signed! The show is nothing in comparison.

My all time favorite was a T.V. series called "American Gothic". It's out in a boxed set. If you haven't seen it go pick it up.
