Hai!

I just got Necronomicon I read it as I also read your posts here and I have some questions that I really hope you can answer

1) What is the difference between Necronomicon and Simon's Necronomicon? Are there any differences or they are exactly the same?

2) In my past I really think I met Azag-Thoth and that is the reason I am eager to start experimenting with Necronomicon...Is there any seal of him? i ask cause it tells
"Of all the Gods and Spirits of Abomination, there can be no use or gain to call upon AZAG-THOTH, as he is Surely Mad. Rendered sightless in the Battle, he is Lord of CHAOS, and the priest can find little use for him. He is also too powerful to control once called, and gives violent struggle before sent back to the Gate, for which only a strong and able magician may dare raise him. Thus, for that reason, his seal is not given."
SO...Is there any way to contact this guy and if yes how can I?

3) I feel that Necronomicon is incomplete... Are there any books to point me to after reading NECRONOMICON?

Thanks in advance

I would suggest reading as much as you can on sumerian culture, religion, language, mythology, etc. This will give a lot of perspective on the necronomicon, as well as opening your eyes to the blinds in the book. Practicing the magick of a culture you don't know much about is a terrible idea, the necronomicon is volatile enough as it is. Ultimately it's my own lack of connection to that culture that I feel pushed me away from that path.

As for Azog-Thoth, ask the scorpion man.

Learning sumerian is not the only way to learn about that culture. Do some leg work on amazon, buy some reputable books, I don't suggest relying on google alone.

Read the entire necronomicon front to back, and you'll know who the scorpion man is, and how to communicate with him.

I would not recommend that you mess around with Azag-Thoth. Nothing good will come of it.

I find that the Tao Te Ching nicely complements the Necronomicon. Whereas the Necronomicon is about the relationship between Gods and man, the Tao is about the relationships among people.
