Hi,
I am a person in the east willing to learn through the basic fundamentals of the magick to reach for the evocation, tulpas and though form summoning (physically), chi/energy/psi managing,Chronokinesis, etc
I would like you to suggest best books and rituals for me (i really love those can be done without aid of any external things like tarot card, particular type of candle or incense, etc).
I believe that it need atleast 6 months of good training in basics. On those months am expected to do some physical workouts and also to be more self-aware and peaceful (internally). I expect that these things helps. Please suggest me some good books and magical systems that i can buy for nearly completely following. It will be really helpfull if so. I know that without basis and good practice of the best suited things, it will be hard to persist.

When you say "summoning (physically)", are you talking about physical manifestation? If so, I do strongly believe that you can't just call an entity where everyone around will be able to see it, but, if you become a good magician, maybe you will be able and sense it as it is a physical manifestation.

There are books that can help you, but I think that you'll have to put some effort in and get involved with buying or constructing various tools required.
If you want to practice the art of evocation and summoning, it will be more preferably that you will use tools.

Other than that, in what type of evocations are you interested in?

In order to get familiar with some fundamental principles and practices, I would suggest Don Kraig's "Modern Magick: Eleven Lessons in the High Magickal Arts".
I would also consider a good idea to get a copy of Regardie's Golden Dawn book.

I consider almost impossible for a beginner to get involved with summoning/evocation rituals without the proper material/tools. But if you are willing to spare some time and cash to gather all the required tools and material, then I would suggets "Aleister Crowley's Illustrated Goetia".

Don Kraig's "Modern Magick: Eleven Lessons and Regardie's Golden Dawn book all have to check those out.
