Telekinesis is done by tha astral. When you want to be able to do telekinesis you must be able to do astral traveling.

This post is basically spell begging, and there is so much written on the subject of various 'kinesises on this forum that you had to have come straight here to post this without reading anything else. Go research the forums, google 'telekinesis' and when you have questions about what you found or about something you couldn't find, then come here and we'll discuss it.
