 Need Help With Obe Please, my first post so go easy on me

Well i just break it down to what experience i have so far,in the past i have started to have an obe i would am sure fall through my body?,also last week i was lying on my side and i herd a voice and had a strange sensation on my back like a tingling feeling all over my back ,and sometimes feel a presence in the room ,thank you to anyone that helps.
